Angela McIntire has made it her duty to preserve our world’s wildlife.

She has over 9 years of experience conducting herpetological, mammalian and avian surveys, as well as preparing jurisdictional delineation for regulatory permits. She’s an expert in conducting biological resources and drainage systems using Geographic Information Systems.

Angela holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning from the University of California, Davis and obtained a Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Environmental and Land use law from Gonzaga University School of Law. These degrees bring significant expertise in performing legal research pertaining to environmental law, water and land use. She has drafted numerous legal memoranda, pleadings and briefs regarding National Environment Policy Act (NEPA) and California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Federal Clean Water Act, California Marine Life Protection Act and the Federal Highway Administration section 4(f).

Her proficiency in US Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation standards and protocols; Clean Water Act Sections 404, 401 and 402; the Porter Cologne Water Quality Act; Fish and Game Lake and Streambed Alteration has assisted her writing environmental documents such as the preparation of Environmental Impact Reports, Mitigated Negative Declarations, and due diligence reports.

An active member of the California State Bar Association, American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources, Sacramento County Bar Association’s Environmental, Land Use and Natural Resource Law Sections, Angela makes an effort to ensure the environment has a fighting chance of survival.
