Spencer Pignotti joined FirstCarbon Solutions (FCS) as an Environmental Analyst in June 2017 to support the Environmental Services (ES) team with California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documents. Spencer graduated from University of California at Davis in 2016 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and Management and a minor in Professional Writing. On the ES team Spencer primarily assists project managers with writing sections of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs), Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MNDs), and other CEQA related documents. In particular, Spencer analyzes potential environmental impacts resulting from development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Spencer also supports the Air Quality and Noise team by taking noise measurements and analyzing potential noise impacts.
